Group tuition: One-Day Introduction to Routing for Beginners

• Brief discussion of Health & Safety issues
• Overview of routers and cutters
• Use of the router in conjunction with a side fence: Class exercises
• Use of the router in conjunction with bearing-guided cutters: Class exercises
• Use of the router in conjunction with an external fence: Class exercises
• Use of the router in conjunction with guide bushes: Class exercises
• Introduction/Laying out and making of plaque project

One-to-One Tuition

One-to-One Routing tuition follows a pattern similar to the basic Routing courses in terms of covering essentials such as Health & Safety, but is taylored to the needs and interests of the individual student.

The student will have an opportunity to discuss particulars to be covered by the course with the tutor some time before the course date.

One-Day Advanced Routing Course

The student will have an opportunity to discuss particulars to be covered by the course with the tutor some time before the course date.

Within reason, the course content can be taylored to the needs and interest of the student group.

The particulars will be discussed with the students at the beginning of the day.
