Chestnut Ebonising Lacquer Spray is a quick drying, water-based, pigmented acrylic satin lacquer designed to coat most timbers to mimic the classic look of ebony in an easy to use aerosol to ensure a smooth finish.
Ebonising Lacquer colours and finishes in one and is hard-wearing enough to cope with most applications.
Ebonising Lacquer is touch dry within 10 minutes and should be left for 24 hours to achieve maximum hardness prior to overcoating with other products such as Woodwax 22.
Chestnut Acrylic Gloss Lacquer can be applied over Ebonising Lacquer for a brighter finish.
Application: Spray Be sure to mask/cover up items you do not want contaminated with black lacquer. Apply in thin coats on large areas. This product can be used for exterior applications.
Drying time: Within 20 minutes under normal conditions
Compatibility: Can be used over Acrylic Sanding Seler and Cellulose Sanding Sealer.
